ADPM2532/2H
The ADPM2532/2H CNC high-speed angle steel production line is a 4-in-1 system for drilling, punching, marking and shearing. It is widely used in the production of angle steel for various industries such as power transmission towers, iron accessories, and elevators.
1) This equipment is a high-speed angle steel drilling machine. This unit is mainly used for high-speed drilling of large angle steel, with drilling efficiency 3-5 times that of ordinary drilling machines.
2) The equipment adopts an oil mist cooling system, eliminating cooling water splashes, improving equipment lifespan and the production environment.
3) The equipment is designed with multi-directional protection to reduce metal shavings splashing and is equipped with a chip conveyor for easy chip collection.
4) The equipment is equipped with a linear tool magazine, with 3 tool positions on each side, enabling automatic tool changing and accommodating automated processing of different hole diameters on angle steel, thus improving work efficiency.
